Heather is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who works with teens, young adults, and adults. She has a strong passion in supporting individuals diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and/or identified as Gifted and Talented. Heather also supports individuals with career stress, burnout, or transitions. Heather’s approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and rooted in collaboration with families or parents. She primarily works from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, helping clients clarify their values, build mindfulness skills, and move toward meaningful, value-driven action.

Whitney Lodge
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST

Whitney is a Registered Psychologist who supports adults and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. She uses a warm, supportive approach grounded in evidence-based therapy to help clients build confidence, coping skills, and emotional resilience. Whitney creates safe and therapeutically effective treatment spaces, fostering growth through cognitive intervention and social-emotional health and well-being. Whitney develops treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to the needs, strengths, and goals of each client.

Allison works with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, and health-related challenges. She specializes in EMDR, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
